I phoned at 12:08 today to report an ongoing leak in the airing cupboard at a Rental property with scant info from the tenant as to the situation. Mulgas were extremely busy but said they would try & get an engineer round. The tenant contacted me at 15:40 to say Mulgas had been, fixed the cause of the leak. Exemplary service. We had a new boiler installed by Mulgas and the engineer was George. He was efficient, polite and cleaned up very nicely. Thoroughly recommend Mulgas.
I had a terrible experience with Mulgas. Despite promising quality work, they were incompetent, communication issues, and damage to my property. They refused to take responsibility or full compensate for the damage, showing a lack of professionalism and accountability.
